According to a Hindustan Times report, Digangana has sent a defamation notice to director Manish Harishankar and filed a police complaint against him under sections 420, 406, 509, 499, 500, 503, 506, 63, 199, 211 of the IPC.
Digangana has rejected the allegations leveled against her by the producer and director of the web show ‘Showstopper’ Manish. Manish had earlier accused Digangana of extortion and fraudulent deals.
Let us tell you that the production house of the show, MH Films, had filed a police complaint against Digangana accusing her of fraud under Section 420 and Section 406 of the IPC. According to the complaint, Digangana had falsely claimed to secure Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar and his company.
It was told in the complaint that Digangana had said that she has Akshay Kumar, Salman Khan and Shahrukh Khan She has a good relationship with them. She will bring these actors as presenters in the show.

Not only this, Digangana had also taken money in advance to bring Akshay Kumar. Now on all these allegations, Digangana has sent a defamation notice to the makers. Talking about the claims, Digangana said, ‘Manish’s story is completely false. It is just a cheap promotional stunt to drag the name. He is trying to find a scapegoat so that he can avoid not being able to sell the show. After more than two years I do not want to waste more time, I have already wasted a lot of time trying to help him.’
